terms and conditions
1. PRICE
1.1. Quotes and estimates are provided without promise and commitment. All orders are subject to availability. Quotes can be modified and/or retracted by Ord Valley Turf any time before acceptance of the quotation.
1.2. Prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
2. ORDERS
2.1. Ord Valley Turf reserve the right with or without notice to accept or cancel your order for any reason that will prevent the order from being fulfilled.
2.2. It is necessary for Ord Valley Turf to obtain some personal information to conduct our business including name, phone number, email, and residential/site address. We will not obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner and your details will remain confidential.
2.3. The selection, choice, and suitability for your purpose of goods are your sole responsibility.
2.4. Any advice or assistance given by Ord Valley Turf in relation to goods is given as a gesture of goodwill only and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages etc as a result of given advice or assistance. *
2.5. Turf is supplied on the condition that you comply with all instructions and recommendations relating to turf care and usage. *

3. PAYMENT
3.1. Unless otherwise stated in writing, our terms of payment are full payment with remittance required prior to harvest.
4. FREIGHT
4.1. Whilst Ord Valley Turf make efforts to meet your desired order arrival dates, we will not be liable for any delay in transport beyond our control. Furthermore, we will not be liable for damage, or any other loss (within reason) caused by any transport delays.
4.2. Ord Valley Turf take no responsibility for third-party home and/or site delivery delays.
5. DELIVERY/COLLECTION INSPECTION
5.1. Any apparent shortage or defect of goods purchased will need to be reported in writing to Ord Valley Turf immediately. If defects are not apparent on initial inspection, Ord Valley Turf must be notified within 48 hours.
5.2. Unless you have given Ord Valley Turf notice of defects within 48 hours, the goods are considered accepted in good condition.
6. INSTALLATION
6.1. Ord Valley Turf will not be liable for any damage or loss which may arise if the turf is not rolled out directly after collection.
